Welcome to the owners website for the Carlyle Building in Victoria Hill.

This website is intended for the owners & residents of the Carlyle building as a medium to circulate the minutes of council meetings, post relevant notices and to provide access to common documents such as the Bylaws, Rules and Forms required by the Strata Act of British Columbia.

The strata council welcomes comments and suggestions that aim at improving the quality of life, safety & security at the Carlyle.
